Obituary of Frank McLamb
Frank McLamb Jr. was born on December 3, 1949 in Harlem, NY to Victoria
Davis and the late Frank McLamb Sr. Jesus called Frank home in his sleep
on August 29, 2015 in the comfort of his home in Newark, NJ.
At a early age he relocated from Long Island, NY to live with his Aunt
Claretta and late Uncle Ennis Lovett in Newburgh, NY. He attended the
Newburgh Schools and graduated from NFA in 1968. He always a love for
sports, exercise, eating healthy, listening and composing music. After which
he started his own band by the name of "US." He furthered his education,
attending Essex Community College, obtaining his Associates degree in
Computer Science. During this time he met and found the love of his life, the
late Paula Ann Webb. He has had several jobs, one of which, includes being a
bartender at the Lincoln Hotel in Newark, NJ.
He was a loving father, caring brother, had a beautiful personality and a
smile that could light up the darkest room. He was preceded in death by his
loving father, Frank McLamb Sr.; beloved brothers Harold Glover, Jefferson
McLamb, Alex McLamb and sister Gloria McLamb-Lucas. He leaves to
mourn his mother, Victoria Davis; only daughter, Danutta Webb of West
Islip, NY. His brothers, Frank Lee McLamb of Babylon, NY, Eugene Bain
of Leominster, MA, Victor McLamb of Clinton, NC, his sister,
Laura Bain of New Windsor, NY, a host of Aunts, an Uncle and
other loving relatives and many friends.
