Obituary of Thomas B. Richardson

Thomas Benjamin Richardson III, affectionately known as "Timmy" was born February 24th, 1966 to the late Thomas Jr and Rachel (Mosley) Richardson in Amityville, New York. During the evening of April 6th, 2017, Timmy died unexpectedly at the age of 51 at North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, NY. At an early age, Timmy was baptized at Saint Martha's Roman Catholic Church in Uniondale, NY, and later received the sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation at Saint Martha's. He grew up in Uniondale, New York where he attended Saint Martha's Parochial School and then switched to Uniondale's Public Schools such as Turtle Hook Middle School, and graduated from Uniondale High School in 1984. He took up photography in high school, and he learned to DJ which became his passion. He began to excel in music and played at various parties and clubs, going by the stage name "T-Luv". After graduating, he attended Weymouth Business and Technical Institute in 1988. Timmy also worked in car detailing, which was his second passion. Timmy leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters; Sha-Toya Renee and Judea Micah of Uniondale, NY; his sister, Tina of Amityville, NY; Two uncles, Al (Queen) Mosley of Hempstead, NY, Alex (Jaqueline) Richardson of Huntington, NY; Two aunts, Idell (Cal) Perry of Hempstead, NY, Nellie (John) Isaac of Hempstead, NY, Blanche Mosely; and a host of cousins, friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Kareem Derrell.
